All of these except the bottom 2 appear to be debugging log files, the bottom 2 folders did not have log files on my server, you can remove the log files for the debug logging without any ill effects, the log files you need to avoid trying to manage are the transaction logs very different files. This advise assumes they are not mistakenly located in this folder, I would start with removing 30 days and older, that way you can run a monthly PowerShell to remove them.

Hi,
Database transaction logs will take lots of disk space. However, transaction logs record all the changes that have been committed to the in-memory database. They are very important for Exchange recovery. If you use Windows Server Backup to back up Exchange server, a VSS full backup can be selected to allow the transaction logs for the databases on the selected volumes to be truncated at the completion of a successful backup. For reference: Using Windows Server Backup to back up and restore Exchange data
IIS logs also may use up space on the drive. They can be used to troubleshot Exchange protocol and connection issues. You can keep some logs generated in recent days, and delete old logs that are not required. The default path is C:\inetpub\logs\LogFiles\W3SVC1.

Hi,
Since these logs have been backed up to another location, that's OK to keep 5 days logs and delete the old ones.
