Hi.
Change the location of the queue database
You need check Queue on this trunsport server and other. Maybe some problem with trunsportation services.
net stop MSExchangeTransport
Rename folder.
net start MSExchangeTransport
Check corect working queue database transaction with new db.
After checking Log file and corect work send/receive message, you can delete old folder.

Hello,
Do you means Messaging.old under %ExchangeInstallPath%TransportRoles\data\Queue?
The Messaging.old folder is created when the Exchange Transport Service encounters problems and performs self recovery, then the old queue database files will be moved to a sub folder starting with the name messaging.old*.
Yes, deleting this folder will not affect normal Exchange services.
Note: for a safer side please copy or leave recent folder on your local system, and remove old folder.
