Hi Daniel,

You can first check if the ECP virtual directory exists in AD. To verify this, open ADSIEdit, and navigate to:

configuration\cn=configuration,DC=domainname,DC=com\CN=services\CN=Microsoft Exchange\CN=domain\CN=ADministrative Groups\CN=Exchange Administrative Group\CN=Servers\CN=servername\CN=Protocols\CN=HTTP\CN=ECP (Default Web Site)

Besides, we can try to replace web.config file in C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V15\ClientAccess\ecp\web.config" from the lab or worked exchange 2016 server. Make sure you have a backup copy of the original file before replacing it. Then reset IIS from exchange 2016 mailbox server and test it again to see the result.

Steve Fan

Hello Steve,

Thank you for your answer, perform the procedure that you indicated me but it did not work for me.I followed the information of the following link and what worked for me was the following Power ShellSetup / m: RecoverServer / IAcceptExchangeServerLicenseTerms
