When I try to connect to the Exchange PowerManagement Shell, this error occurs
Connecting to remote server "servername" failed with the following error message: WinRM cannot process the request because the input XML contains a syntax error.
The server has the correct time zone and the correct time.
The DNS service and the network are working correctly
First time I see this error, I have no idea what to do
Thank you

Hi,
Based on your description, I know that you are getting the issue that "Exchange Management Powershell cannot connect to the remote server."
Is it a fresh install Exchange server?
What is your Exchange server version?
Any issue on the OWA/ECP?
Please install the latest updates Exchange 2016 CU9 and check if issue persist.
Meanwhile, please check if the WMF version is a supported one: WMF Availability Across Windows Operating Systems by running:
echo $PSversiontable.Psversion
Also, make sure the Execution Policy is not configured by running:
Get-ExecutionPolicy -list
Regards,
Manu Meng
