Cannot find the organizational unit that you specified.

All of a sudden we are facing this this when trying to change anything from ecp.

From the screenshot, you mean this happens when you manage a user in ECP, correct? If a user belongs to an organizational unit (OU) whose name includes a forward slash, you cannot manage that user by using the Exchange Admin Center (EAC). If you try to open the user's properties, you receive the above error message.

basically on the DC redircmp "CN=Computers,DC=avps,DC=local" and redirusr "CN=Users,DC=avps,DC=local"
