Hi,

Your exchange logging is enabled and it is filling up the space. If you don't care about the logs, you can disable logging.

Please follow the article (In exchange Admin Center, Servers, Servers open the server and got to 'Transport Logs section)

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/mail-flow/connectors/configure-protocol-logging?view=exchserver-2019

Hi,

Exchange generates a numbers of logs and diagnostics logs.

Please follow below to clear out logs;

https://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/31117.exchange-201320162019-logging-clear-out-the-log-files.aspx

If your are having exchange transport database on C drive then I will suggest to move it to another Drive.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/Exchange/mail-flow/queues/relocate-queue-database?view=exchserver-2019

Also change location of message tracking and transport logs to another drive.

Thanks,
