Hi,
Our all auto reply is going in spam. Any auto reply at GMAIL.COM, OUTLOOK.COM and Yahoo.com are going in spam only.
I tested it in my domain orient.com, it works good. Can anyone suggest how to fix this.
Why is this message in Spam? It has a from address in rohagroup.com but has failed rohagroup.com's required tests for authentication. Learn more

Thank you for your help.
I re-checked the auto reply message, it looked like mail is routing through different device.
It could that spam device was routing mail to other device for autoreply. Suggested client to speak with Spam filter vendor as exchange has excellent health

Hi Arif,
According to your description, my understanding is :
1. Your domain is "Orient.com"
2. When auto reply messages send to internal users in orient.com domain, it works as expected, but when send to external users, like Gmail.com/Outlook.com/Yahoo.com, the auto reply messages will go into spam folder in these external mail accounts.
Right?
You can also try to send a test message to these external domains (not auto reply), check if the test message will be stored in spam folder also.
If still goes into spam folder, you need to check if there is a PTR record let the destination SMTP server perform reverse lookup to find your domain, or you can contact your ISP to help you confirm this issue also.
