Hi Hasan Reza,
What if you assign permission to a new mailbox and can he access the shared maillbox?
I mean are there any mailboxes can access the shared mailbox now?
Maybe the shared mailbox is corrupted during the migration, try a mailbox repair please:

Dear Eric,
Yes the issue is sorted,
I am thankful to you for your responses,
Here is the real reason for the issue,
1- During migration somehow one of their disabled account with the same alias name was conflicting with the new the migrated user,
2- It Took a AD dump using the ldifde tool and analyzed the record to reach to this conclusion,
Hope that helps somepne,
Thanks and Regards - Hasan Reza

Hi Hasan Reza,
Please run the following command for the mailbox and test if you can open it now:
Set-Mailbox UserName -ApplyMandatoryProperties
Or try to open the shared mailbox in another way:
1.Sign in to Outlook Web App.
2.Right-click the primary mailbox in the left navigation pane, and then choose add shared folder.
3.In the add shared folder dialog box, type in the name or the email address of the shared mailbox, and then click add.
Then the shared mailbox should be displayed in her Folder list in Outlook Web App.

Eric Yin
