Exchange 2013 (CU13) Version 15.0 (Build 1210.3) installed on Hyper-V
Please help me to resolve this issue. also am getting below error.
A fatal alert was generated and sent to the remote endpoint. This may result in termination of the connection. The TLS protocol defined fatal error code is 10. The Windows SChannel error state is 1203.

Hi,
Have you recently made any changes on the exchange servers?
Have you encountered any other issues for exchange users?
Do you see the same process id every time?
Please use the Test-ServiceHealth cmdlet to test whether all the Microsoft Windows services that Exchange requires on a server have started.
Also try to restart the exchange server to test.

Hi David,
Thanks for your reply, recently we have upgraded exchange from CU6 to CU12 and then CU13 but this errors are from before CU update, expect that there is no changes made in exchange.

Hi David,
Thanks for your reply, i noticed that when this error occurs IMAP accounts will face login issue like all imap outlook clients get authentication dialog box popups. and same will get resolves after 1-2 mins automatically.

Hi,
Please use the command below to check the settings of the Microsoft Exchange IMAP4 service on Exchange servers:
Get-IMAPSettings -Server MBX
Also check some related event log in event viewer for further analysis.
