Hi
Is this a 2013/2016 or 2019 Exchange server?
any backups running at that time that is maybe pausing the VM if it is one?
Hope this helps. Please remember to click “Mark as Answer” on the post that helps you, and to click “Unmark as Answer” if a marked post does not actually answer your question. This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread.

Hi Edward,
This is 2016 MS Exchange server.
I think there is backup server, Acronis Backup, but it is schedule to run to 1am, i am not sure if backup is running during the error occur.
I will monitor this again if there is any backup running in the background and the error shows.
Best regards,
Rolando

Hi Rolando Raganit,
What is your checking result? Is there any backup running in the backgroud when the error shows?
Where do you get the error message? When trying to run the Exchange 2013 Toolbox? Would you mind post a screenshot of it?
Regards,
Beverly Gao
