I Have Problem with My exchange Server all internal Users when thay Send Message to One of Our Mail Box Get Error 554 5.2.2 Mailbox Full.

Hi Sohrabi740,
According to the result you post, I think there may be no problems with the mailbox settings. Try these steps and see if it work:
1.Check if any specific rules affect the receiver’s mailbox, such as inbox rules, transport rules.
2.Disable the problem mailbox and enable it with a different name.
3.Delete the account in Outlook and choose it from GAL(or type it manually).

thanks, but it wont work.
becuase 1. as you see in get-mailbox command i put above RecoverableItemsQuota is set to Unlimited
and 2. the recipient get the email but the sender face this error
