Hi all,<o:p></o:p>
hope you are doing well, today i started facing a slowness performance on my exchange 2016 server, i look into event viewer and noticed some error like bellow:

Can someone give me a hand with this, also the performance are showing high use on ram, all emails are getting queue, and the request of search from outlook to the server are too slow.<o:p></o:p>

How much ram and CPU have you allocated to the machine?
What CU version are you on?

check another applications run at that time. this may be happened due to backup DB.
you can restart the server to fix this temporarily.
you can set diagnostic login to check if this is happened later,

Hi KK,
Which version of Exchange are you using now?
How many servers do you have, do you have DAG?
For some similar cases I found, it seems the database was damaged and Exchange shut things down to protect it.
We could run the following command to check which part is unhealthy:
Test-ServerHealth Get-HealthReport
