Hi Roger,

Could the user access the six room mailboxes' calendars through OWA?

1.If you are using cached mode on Outlook, please try disabling the cache for shared folders and then restart Outlook see if this issue continues.

2.Run the following command to verify if the room mailbox calendar has the correct permissions.

Get-MailboxFolderPermission -Identity roommailbox:\calendar

3.You could also try to temporarily disable the user's booking delegation, full access and send on behalf permission for the six room mailboxes, then adding calendar permissions through the command below, and check the result.

Add-MailboxFolderPermission -Identity roommailbox:\calendar -user username -AccessRights Owner

4.Please install the newest updates to see if there are any improvements.

What's more, check any error about Outlook logged in new PC's Event Viewer when this issue happens.

Kelvin Deng

Test access to said calendars via OWA. If it works fine there, remove them from Outlook and re-add them.
