Features upgrade blocked by wrong drivers

Question

Hi I'm upgrading some thousand computers to 1903 build and I've got some computers's issues which rollback for the upgrade process.

After starting to collect logs with setupdiag, I've got some errors like :

DriverPackage Inf="oem2.inf" BlockMigration="False" HasSignedBinaries="True"/>
        <DriverPackage Inf="oem525.inf" BlockMigration="False" HasSignedBinaries="True"/>
        <DriverPackage Inf="oem527.inf" BlockMigration="False" HasSignedBinaries="True"/>
        <DriverPackage Inf="oem570.inf" BlockMigration="False" HasSignedBinaries="True"/>
        <DriverPackage Inf="oem575.inf" BlockMigration="False" HasSignedBinaries="True"/>
        <DriverPackage Inf="oem576.inf" BlockMigration="False" HasSignedBinaries="True"/>
        <DriverPackage Inf="oem529.inf" BlockMigration="False" HasSignedBinaries="True"/>
        <DriverPackage Inf="oem400.inf" BlockMigration="False" HasSignedBinaries="True"/>
        <DriverPackage Inf="oem368.inf" BlockMigration="False" HasSignedBinaries="True"/>
        <DriverPackage Inf="oem294.inf" BlockMigration="True" HasSignedBinaries="False"/>
        <DriverPackage Inf="oem539.inf" BlockMigration="False" HasSignedBinaries="True"/>
        <DriverPackage Inf="oem35.inf" BlockMigration="False" HasSignedBinaries="True"/>
        <DriverPackage Inf="oem548.inf" BlockMigration="False" HasSignedBinaries="True"/>
        <DriverPackage Inf="oem553.inf" BlockMigration="False" HasSignedBinaries="True"/>
        <DriverPackage Inf="oem416.inf" BlockMigration="False" HasSignedBinaries="True"/>
        <DriverPackage Inf="oem3.inf" BlockMigration="False" HasSignedBinaries="True"/>
        <DriverPackage Inf="oem4.inf" BlockMigration="False" HasSignedBinaries="True"/>
        <DriverPackage Inf="oem401.inf" BlockMigration="False" HasSignedBinaries="True"/>
        <DriverPackage Inf="oem569.inf" BlockMigration="True" HasSignedBinaries="False"/>
        <DriverPackage Inf="oem568.inf" BlockMigration="True" HasSignedBinaries="False"/>
        <DriverPackage Inf="oem573.inf" BlockMigration="False" HasSignedBinaries="True"/>
        <DriverPackage Inf="oem406.inf" BlockMigration="False" HasSignedBinaries="True"/>
        <DriverPackage Inf="oem566.inf" BlockMigration="False" HasSignedBinaries="True"/>
        <DriverPackage Inf="oem412.inf" BlockMigration="False" HasSignedBinaries="True"/>
        <DriverPackage Inf="oem387.inf" BlockMigration="False" HasSignedBinaries="True"/>
        <DriverPackage Inf="oem556.inf" BlockMigration="False" HasSignedBinaries="True"/>
        <DriverPackage Inf="oem420.inf" BlockMigration="False" HasSignedBinaries="True"/>
        <DriverPackage Inf="oem572.inf" BlockMigration="False" HasSignedBinaries="True"/>
    </DriverPackages><Programs/></CompatReport>

Some of these drivers are basically Microsoft XPS document writer install  and the PDF printer native in Windows 10. (oem294.inf or oem569?inf for example)

How can we proceed to disabled theses alerts or to upgrade file missing?

regards

the pb is that I've got no access to my azure's company portal, so using analytics and upgrade readiness will be complicated..

Hi,

Go C:\WINDOWS\INF folder and remove those .inf files which occur in setupdiag, then upgrade to check the issue again.
