Hello,
is there any news about when the activation via smartphone "self service for mobile" is going to work again?
I mean the one you can reach via the SMS sent on the phone when calling the product activation IVR.
For instance:
I know that the same procedure can be completed via chat, but when it comes to reapeating the process for more PCs, offices etc. it is handful and quicker.

And our forum does not focus on processing feedback. So I suggest you use the built-in feedback hub on the PC.

Hi,
If you want to volume activate multiple computers(more than 25 Windows workstation or 5 Windows Servers), I would suggest try the KMS activation. After we activated the KMS host and reach the activation threshold, the KMS clients would also be activated! For more detail information about the KMS activation, please refer below:

In addition, to activate Microsoft Office 2013, 2016 and Office 365, we could refer this document.

What if you have fewer devices? I have 10 Office licenses and 2 Visio VL licenses that do not work anymore.
The mobile activation was great. Looks like Microsoft has not taken it away, just broken it.
I attempted to paste an image of the broken web page, but my account doesn't allow it. Oh Well. Microsoft!
