Windows To Go (Windows 10) Upgrade to anniversary update?

Possible to install/upgrade to the Windows 10 anniversary update?

Error presented when i try apply update from new ISO

"You can't install Windows on a USB flash drive using Setup."

Figured it out.

Download ISO: Windows 10 1607 Build 
Run Regedit
Navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control
Change the value PortableOperatingSystem from “1” to "0"
Reset.
Mount ISO, run setup.exe.
