Question

Hello, I just upgraded to Windows 10 Pro so I could get Kiosk mode. I would like to change the wallpaper image that shows up while the application is loading, or when the user is logging out. Is there a local destination folder where this image is held that I can change?
I cant find the displayed image within the c:\Windows\web folder, and I really don't want to pay for a monthly Azure subscription just so I can change my wallpaper.
Any ideas?

Hi James,
I Haven’t seen any Microsoft document introducing a method to make it except Set a custom wallpaper in the Microsoft Azure portal Microsoft Intune.
So what I can think of is change background picture via script, such as REG ADD "HKCU\Control Panel\Desktop" /v Wallpaper /d
Please refer to this case, save the script as a batch file and run it with psexec or add it as a login batch file to check result.

My idea comes from here:
Shell Launcher background
