Outlook calendar shows me as fully booked when I am free. Book with me link also showing no availability.

When I go to send a meeting request to others, it shows I am unavailable when I know I am free. My "book time to meet with me" link in my email signature is also not working.

I can send emails in Outlook Classic but I can't receive them?

I have been using the new version of outlook for a while but needed to switch to classic so that I could use the salesforce plug-in. For some reason I can send emails but I can't receive them..... How do I fix this?

Quick Steps Greyed Out In Outlook Classic

All of a sudden, after more than 4 years of working, including this morning, my Quick Steps are now greyed out. If I remove the clear categories and the clear flags functions, they work. Is this something new? If it is, this is stupid!
