Hi guys
I have a few users, some of them in Spain, some in Sweden, but they are all hosted on the same pool.
If users from Sweden share a ppt it works great. All can see it
If users from Spain make presentations only the initial image is displayed. If they change to another slide then the image is not updated.
What could be the issues?
I have asked for logs, but since its Friday, I do not have them yet

Hi Ion Vlad Orascu,
Did this issue just appear on the specific client?
If the issue just appeared on the specific client, please try to delete SFB cache files and test again.
%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Lync\sip_UserName@Domain.com
If all users had this issue, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Use get-CsConferencingConfiguration to check the application sharing port is correct.
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg412969.aspx
2. Check if there are any event IDs in SFB FE server side.
Hope this reply is helpful to you.
Regards,
Alice Wang

How is your network performing? have you done a bandwidth calculation for conferencing and content sharing? If not, try to get that done and see if you have enough bandwidth from sites to central pool to support sharing. Content sharing consumes lot of bandwidth.

Hello Thamara
I can't tell, someone else who no longer works here did the deployment. Would this be a good point to start ? https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Media-Quality-and-Network-Connectivity-Performance-in-Skype-for-Business-Online-5fe3e01b-34cf-44e0-b897-b0b2a83f0917?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US&fromAR=1
But I will try to check this out.
Thank you
