No sound on anything on any web page. All other apps work but no sound on any Web pages. Not on Videos, Netflix on the Web-nothing. I use headphones and they work for everything else

Audio outputs not recognizing devices when ask to pair. Bluetooth OK tho and minijack for headphones OK but not external speakers via USB inputs on back of desktop.
USB ports on back of desktop will not recognize audio devices when connecting. I'm able to use headphones via minijack on front and by bluetooth.

Why are the voiceovers on my audio so quiet even though its at high volume?
No matter what thing it is, any type of voice audio is severely quieted. The headphones I am using are three days old and not battered in any way. Both music and videos are affected.
