I am unable to play videos on msn.com.
The videos do not play.

Does this happen with every video on MSN.com, or only certain videos?

Please also check whether the same videos play in another browser, such as Chrome or Firefox. This will help confirm whether the issue is with Microsoft Edge or the MSN website.

Do you see any error message, a black screen, or a loading circle when you press Play?

Also, are videos working normally on other websites such as YouTube? Thanks!

Thanks for confirming. Since videos work on other websites, the issue appears to be limited to MSN.com.

First, press Ctrl + Shift + N to open an InPrivate window. Go to https://www.msn.com and test a video.

If it works in InPrivate:

Open edge://extensions and temporarily turn off any ad blocker, privacy, or security extensions.
Open edge://settings/content/all search for msn.com, and delete its saved site data.
Close and reopen Edge.

If it still does not work in InPrivate, open edge://settings/help and let Edge install any available update.

Does the video play in the InPrivate window, and what Edge version is shown on the Help page? Thanks!
