By “Save video as,” do you mean the option that appeared when you right-clicked a video, or were you saving videos or webpages to Microsoft Edge Collections?
Collections has been discontinued in newer versions of Edge.
If you mean the right-click option, does it happen on every website or only one? Some websites use protected or streamed videos and do not allow downloading.
