Could be a Network Issue. Please speak to your Network Administrator and confirm if that's a Network Issue

Hi hemadri,
It has been identified that it belongs to network issue, such as issue about network adapter, network equipment and so on. For this purpose, you need to contact your network administrator to detect related network components, then troubleshoot that issue. (Maybe it is the problem of network bandwidth)
