I paid $159 AUD over a month ago for extra storage as i couldn't send or receive any emails as storage was full. However it has not updated. How do i contact someone to speak to?

The whole time I thought my phone just topped out, I just remembered i bought the 512gb phone and have only used 112gb, I now know the cloud is different then your phone gb because I called Apple after not being able to send emails for 3-4 moths. I rarely use email anyway, but still.
you pay for a service you should get it, I want all those months refunded back to my card.
