I paid for extra cloud storage one month ago but have not received

I paid $159 AUD over a month ago for extra storage as i couldn't send or receive any emails as storage was full. However it has not updated. How do i contact someone to speak to?

    See their more than happy to take your money, but when there’s a problem and they owe you, you can’t even talk to anyone.
