visio convertion to autocad format problem

Hi

After 25.Jan.2025 update Visio 2021 stopped to convert to and from AutoCAD formats (dwg , dxf).

Any suggestions?

    It's really grateful to meet you here, you are absolutely very understanding and thoughtful. As this issue is currently happening across multiple devices in your lab and you are trying to report this and find a way to recover this AutoCAD functionality in Visio.

    I believe it's highly possible related to the specific Visio update potential bug, and once the escalated team received your feedback, it's necessary for them to submit this situation directly to the Visio product development team and fix this ASAP. Currently, you and your team may have to use Visio 2019 for temporary workaround on opening and editing dwg/dxf files.
