RICEZIONE MAIL DA PROVIDER TIM SPID

Salve,

sto tentando il recupero password sul portale SPID della TIM, ma non ricevo nessuna mail di recupero password dalla tim, siccome è un mese che ho questo problema ho chiamato la TIM e mi hanno detto che è un problema noto e che non è possibile inviare verso contatti outlook, live e hotmail (provider microsoft) e che il problema è dato da Microsoft perchè l agenzia Trust ha confermato che la TIM invia correttamente la mail.

Siccome mi serve l accesso allo spid per questioni finanziarie, dovrei risolvere il problema il più velocemente possibile. Io come anche tutti gli altri clienti che stanno chiamando la TIM per lo stesso problema.

I'm trying to recover my password on TIM's SPID portal, but I haven't received any password recovery emails from TIM. Since I've had this problem for a month, I called TIM and they told me it's a known issue and that it's not possible to send to Outlook, Live, and Hotmail contacts (Microsoft provider). They also said that the problem is caused by Microsoft, as the Trust agency has confirmed that TIM sends the email correctly. Since I need access to SPID for financial reasons, I should resolve the issue as quickly as possible. I, like all the other customers who are calling TIM for the same problem, are also concerned.
