Phase 1: Planning and license activation
The first phase of setup is the approval process and license assignment. Complete this phase before first use of Dragon Copilot.
Important
Complete the following tasks after license activation. If you're activating a trial license, contact the Microsoft clinical application specialist/AE on your project team to get a trial license.

Phase 2a: Configure your test environment

Phase 7: Manage and optimize
Use these tools to help end users get help and optimize their Dragon Copilot usage and adoption.
User support: Virtual drop-in support and 1:1 remote training are available via the in-app Resources panel. Select the

Provide feedback: Encourage your users to provide feedback on their experience with Dragon Copilot. Select the Help icon
to open Resources. Users can access the Feedback icon
