- Server will listen on 135(static) and the client will use dynamic ports to connect which you can set. Read this and the links within to understand. - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/270836

Hi,
Dynamic ports are all high ports and are for all clients. If you read the link I posted in my first reply it explains how to fix the ports - and these fixes ports are for all clients.

135 and the dynamic range or a few fixed ports, depending on your requirements.
Have a look at my Exchange 2010 SP1 network ports diagram, it includes instructions for fixing ports as well:

Hi zzdravkin,
Both Leif and Sukh are correct. You need to read the article carefully so that you can setup your network correctly based on your situation.
Infect, I am curious about your network topology—it is supported but NOT recommended to map the network port, especially in a Exchange 2007 or Exchange 2010 environment, you need to open all ports between all your Exchange servers and your AD servers.
If you can share more information, we can better understand your request.
