Learning Active Directory via TechNet Virtual Labs.

I want to learn the basics of Active Directory.

There are two references to Active Directory in the Virtual Labs listings:

• TechNet Virtual Lab Express: Windows Server 2008 R2: Active Directory and Server Manager Remoting
• TechNet Virtual Lab Express: Windows Server 2008 R2: Active Directory Recycle Bin, PowerShell V2, and Remoting

Are these the only ones I will need to grasp some basic knowledge? I followed a couple of procedures for the first one but didn't quite get what was going on.

and after you clearly understand the fundamental concept of Active Directory, continue to learn from this website:
