Patching for SQL Server Express

Do we patch SQL Server Express like regular SQL Server Enterprise?

If I install SQL Server Express 2014 using the copy downloaded from https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=42299

will I apply SP2 on it and CU2 like regular SQL Server?

There is no difference regarding patching between the edition; you can patch Express Edition in same way and same period as any other Edition.
