Hi All,
We have successfully setup our iPads and deployed apps to them, so now I am looking at our Windows 10 devices. I started looking at win32 apps using the IntuneWinAppUtil tool to convert setup.exe files to .intunewin files. Went through and set them up as allowed installs to my IT security group. I am using WinRAR and Greenshot as my tests.
They show up in the Company Portal, but either sit on downloading for about 3 or 4 hours, or just fail out right, depending on different settings in the Program section of the configuration.
How ever I am really struggling to work out what is failing.
In the app Device status on one of the tests (Greenshot) I can see that it has failed twice (it ha failed more than that, but its a start) and they both have 0x80070002 as the status details.
The Intune Management Extension logs give me the following errors:
<![LOG[[Win32App] Set EnforcementStateMessage EnforcementState: Error, ErrorCode: -2147024894]LOG]!><time="10:09:52.2774775" date="2-4-2019" component="IntuneManagementExtension" context="" type="1" thread="5" file="">

If someone can please help me work out what I am doing wrong and how to get useful errors that would be really appreciated.
I am running Win10 Ent 10.0.17134
Thank you in advance.

Hello,
I can get Greenshot installed successfully. I share the configurations as below.
Please make sure you add the /silent option, otherwise, the installation can be failure.
Best regards,
Andy Liu

Hello,
Just in case, hope the following prerequisites have already been meet.
In addition, have you tried it on another computer?
Is there any network connectivity issue between the corporate and Intune service?
Best regards,
Andy Liu

The pre-reqs are all met, sorry I should have mentioned that.
No known network issues.
I haven't tried on another PC yet, I will do that once I have one available I can test it on.
It is very hard to get anything useful about what is going on though which is extremely frustrating.

thank you Vimaldas for the blog link and thank you Andy for the update, that will be very handy. Sorry I haven't gotten back to you both as I have had to put this aside for awhile.
I will mark your answer Andy as the answer for now as I am not sure how long before I can get back to this.
