Outlook search not show recent results

Hi all,
My environment Exchange server 2013 CU23 , workstations : Windows Active Directory , Windows 10 , Office 2016 standard
Recently after applying some windows update : since last week 17 Dec 2021 , something went wrong with Windows indexing.
From MS Outlook, I search for mail items and result returns date before 17 Dec 2021 only.
From OWA , mobile active sync or from MS Outlook with no cache mode : the search results are fine.
Rebuild index help for temporary but next day result returns the last day's only.
Many our users get this issue.
Does anyone has same issue and solution for it ?

    We still get this issue, rebuild index help for temporary only.

    Thank you for your question.

    Verify that indexing is complete for Outlook. Click 'File>Options>Search>Indexing Options' to check the same.

    If indexing is complete and you still can't find anything, rebuild the index. Click 'File>Options>Search>Indexing Options>Advanced' to rebuild the index.

    Microsoft published a patch that solves the issue on Windows 10-11-Server.
