I got the same email also on 1/29, and until I got it I had never heard of Microsoft Family Safety. I have a desktop computer with a Windows OS and nothing else I can think of (at home) from Microsoft.
There's no way in hell or earth I was going to click on that. None of the usual obvious misspellings, but it's still got to be a phish and I reported it as spam. Microsoft has no credit card information directly from me anyway, since the OS came with the computer and everything else I've loaded on it is open source.
I don't know where or even if I should look for further trouble from this.
