Hi,

I need to simplify the sharing of OneDrive shares.

In that once you click OneDrive share in Windows and the share window pops up, I want the system to default to 90 days.

This simplifies the task for some users. Currently it asks a user to specify a date.

I still want the users to manually overwrite the 90 days default to any date they want. Not block them.

The only setting I have found in the admin centre is to set the policy to 90 days. A user can't set it more than 90 days. This is not what is required.

I want users to be able to choose dates, I just want the system to default to 90 days as a choice already filled in for them.

Is this possible?

No, afaik that is not possible. The only control we have is to enforce maximum time window, as you've noted above. There is no way to add "suggested" date or similar.
