Trust Relation Between Server 2019 and 2012 Unable to create forwarder

Hello,

i have domain A with Windows Server 2019 and Domain B at Windows Server 2012.

both are toatally different doamin and i need to make a trust relation between them. i followed the below article.

Right now i am able to create a dns conditional forwarder successfully on domain A but when i try to create a conditional forwarder at Domain B it shows errror "a problem occured while trying to add the conditional forwarder a zone configuration problem occured".

The IP is validated during making forwarder and when i click ok it shows the error. i checked the network connectivity is OK and Domain a is resolving the Domain B but Domain b is not able to resolve domain A.

Now i need help on this to resolve teh query.

    Hello,

    Thanks for response, i have checked the domain B is not able to create conditonal forwarder of anotehr domain so its seems that issue is related to domain B as the domain A successfull coditional forwarder also i have restarted the DNS and even the server it is working fine.

    In addition i want to inform that Windows serevr 2008 is also runnning with Domain B as a PDC and same issue is happening to this. my actua requirement is to enable the file sharing between them and after the migration domain B will be decomissioned but meantime i want to enable the sharing for users.
