Viva Insights Not Showing Open Rate

I am trying to see the open rate of an email newsletter that I send to hundreds of recipients. When I open the Viva Insights tool bar, it briefly shows "Loading stats on this email" at the top, then the message goes away and I am unable to see any open rate information. How can I fix this?

    Any answers on this? I'm in the same position and I am seeing exactly what you are reporting. I'm not getting the open rates either.

    Regarding the Viva Insights open rate, there are the following limitations: User's image Please check if the email meets the above conditions.

    Then, to get read information about your sent emails after 30 minutes:
