TransactionScopeRequired Задайте для true выполнения операции в пределах области транзакций. Если потоковая транзакция доступна, операция выполняется внутри этой транзакции. Если он недоступен, создается новая транзакция и используется для выполнения операции. Привязка, указанная в конечной точке, определяет, поддерживаются ли потоки транзакции.
