Если pull-подписка создана со значением false для CreateSyncAgentByDefault, по умолчанию, задание агент распространения для подписки не создаётся. Вызов SynchronizeWithJob вызовет исключение.

Вызовите метод StopSynchronizationJob остановки задания, если она уже работает.

Задание не может запуститься, если сервис агент SQL Server не запущен. Кроме того, если снимок не генерируется, запуск работы агента может не синхронизировать подписку.

Если у вас установлены свойства для этого экземпляра TransSubscription, вызовите CommitPropertyChanges перед вызовом SynchronizeWithJob.

SynchronizeWithJob Метод может быть вызван только участниками роли sysadmin фиксированного сервера у подписчика или участниками роли db_owner фиксированной базы данных в базе данных подписки.
