A class representing a collection of HciVmLoadBalancerResource and their operations. Each HciVmLoadBalancerResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of ResourceGroupResource. To get a HciVmLoadBalancerCollection instance call the GetHciVmLoadBalancers method from an instance of ResourceGroupResource.
