A class representing a collection of ChaosTargetMetadataResource and their operations. Each ChaosTargetMetadataResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of SubscriptionResource. To get a ChaosTargetMetadataCollection instance call the GetChaosTargetMetadata method from an instance of SubscriptionResource.
