A class representing a collection of ChaosCapabilityMetadataResource and their operations. Each ChaosCapabilityMetadataResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of ChaosTargetMetadataResource. To get a ChaosCapabilityMetadataCollection instance call the GetChaosCapabilityMetadata method from an instance of ChaosTargetMetadataResource.
