A class representing a collection of ApiCenterWorkspaceResource and their operations. Each ApiCenterWorkspaceResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of ApiCenterServiceResource. To get an ApiCenterWorkspaceCollection instance call the GetApiCenterWorkspaces method from an instance of ApiCenterServiceResource.
