    Here are some recommended troubleshooting steps to try out

    1. Check Network Settings:
      • Disable any VPN service.
      • Try switching to a different network (e.g., mobile hotspot or another Wi-Fi).
    2. Clear Credentials and App Data:
      • On Android: Go to Settings > Security & Privacy > More > Encryption & Credentials > Clear Credentials.
      • On iOS: Remove saved Microsoft accounts from Settings > Passwords & Accounts.
      • On Windows: Clear Credentials:
        1. Press Windows + R, type control keymgr.dll, and press Enter.
        2. In the Credential Manager, go to Windows Credentials.
        3. Locate and remove any entries related to Microsoft Teams
        Clear App Data:
        1. Close Microsoft Teams completely (right-click the icon in the system tray and select Quit).
        2. Press Windows + R, type %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams, and press Enter.
        3. Delete all contents in the folder.
        4. Repeat for these additional folders:
