Samsung My Files application show no files in OneDrive storage

I don't know if this problem is related to Microsoft, but when I add my Microsoft account into Samsung My Files app (on both my devices, a Galaxy A52s and a Galaxy Tab S9 FE+), it shows no files, while there are no problems on the official OneDrive application. It seems that this is an issue that occurs on any version of My Files app. Anyone experienced the same?

    Disable auto-updates To prevent the issue from recurring, disable auto-updates for My Files in the Galaxy Store or Play Store.

    • Use OneDrive directly or a third-party file manager Until Samsung patches this, accessing your files via the OneDrive app or an alternative file manager (like File Manager Plus) may be more reliable.
