Given that all three machines are on Windows 11 24H2 and enrolled in the Insider Beta channel under a Family license, this behavior is indeed unusual.
Kindly try out the following steps below:
1: Fully Uninstall Office Use the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant: https://aka.ms/SaRA-OfficeUninstall to remove all Office components.
2: Clear Group Policy Remnants Open regedit and delete any leftover keys under: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Office
3: Reinstall with Office Deployment Tool

Use a configuration file targeting the Beta Channel.
Run: setup.exe /configure configuration.xml
