Fetching WhatsApp Conversations and Metadata from Dataverse for Custom PCF

I am working with the product D365 Customer Service with omnichannel integration for voice, email, SMS, and WhatsApp. Our client has requested a custom PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) that resembles the standard timeline control. This custom timeline control needs to display the WhatsApp conversations of the parent case, similar to the standard timeline.

To achieve this, I need to fetch the relevant WhatsApp chat messages, including attachments and metadata, from Dataverse. The entity representing the conversation is the activity entity named msdyn_ocliveworkitem. Despite several attempts, I have been unable to identify the associated entities that contain the required data. Could you provide the logical names of the necessary entities, if they exist?
