How do I start a trial?

An admin in your tenant must complete the trial sign-up steps. For more information, see Admin-led trial sign-up experience.

What is Customer Voice, and how do I join?

Customer Voice is a series held every other month that gives customers direct access to the product team. It helps participants:

  • Receive roadmap updates
  • Learn about new and upcoming features
  • Provide direct feedback to the product team

What is Partner Voice, and how do I join?

Partner Voice is a series held every other month for partners. It provides:

  • Roadmap updates
  • Previews of new and upcoming features
  • Discussions of ESG themes and trends across geographies and industries
  • An opportunity to provide direct feedback to the product team

How do I find the most up-to-date roadmap?

The Microsoft Sustainability Manager roadmap appears in the Dynamics 365 release plans. Customers and partners can also join Customer Voice or Partner Voice.

How do I report an issue?

How do I request a feature or enhancement?

All feature and enhancement requests are tracked in the Microsoft Sustainability Manager Ideas forum. If a request already exists, upvote it. Otherwise, submit a new request.
