Vocabulary – create audio training for words or phrases "based on spelling"
Description: Users can help Dragon Copilot better identify words used in future speech activities by providing an audio recording of themselves saying the word based on how it's spelled. Create this training audio on words or phrases they add to their vocabulary. They need to use Dragon Copilot for at least 60 seconds of dictation activity to create training audio for words. When they confirm and save their training audio, the whole word or phrase is saved automatically as well. Creating training audio for spoken forms won't be available until a future release.

Action required: Available to all users and license types by default. Users go to Settings > Library > Vocabulary > New item (or select an existing word or phrase already added): Enter the word or phrase and select Record pronunciation under the word's spelling, and begin recording the pronunciation. Expanded full text control support
Description: Dragon Copilot desktop now supports full text control in additional apps and EHRs, including Altera Sunrise. Full text control allows Dragon Copilot to fully understand and interact with the text fields in these systems. It enables advanced editing, precise text selection, navigation commands, and richer dictation workflows that match the Dragon Medical One experience. This support ensures clinicians can work efficiently and consistently across more of their daily tools.

Description: Dragon Copilot now automatically detects protected or read‑only areas within Epic notes and prevents text (dictated, typed, or AI‑generated) from being inserted into those sections. AI customization manager - Tune accuracy: Improved support for service lines and roles
Description: Tune accuracy now supports all service line and role combinations configured in Dragon admin center. Previously, test cases could only be evaluated against Med/surg (service line) and RN (role). With this update, customers can run Tune Accuracy test cases against any supported service line and role, ensuring accuracy testing aligns with how templates are deployed in production.
