Gets a XamlType for the Type/TypeExtension XAML language intrinsic.

This XAML type provides XamlType values that use bindings from, and lookups to, a backing type system. The XAML type is (or must be) assignable to MarkupExtension. See [MS-XAML] Section 5.2.3.
